How to Share Large Files with VEDDA Printing

At VEDDA Printing, we understand the importance of seamless file sharing for our clients. Whether you're sending over large design files, high-resolution images, or extensive documents, we've got you covered. Here's a guide on how to efficiently share large files with us:

*Important note to start * Email Limitations:

One way to simplify the process is to zip multiple files together into a single folder. The biggest benefit to this is it reduces the file size. Most email providers have size limitations for attachments, typically ranging from 10MB to 20MB. Files larger than 20MB require alternative methods for sharing. Let’s talk about it.

1. WeTransfer.com - Our Favorite!

WeTransfer.com is our preferred method for sharing large files. Here's why:

• Simplicity: WeTransfer offers a straightforward interface, making it easy for you to upload and share files quickly and securely.  Simply visit the website, drag and drop your files, add your sales rep or project manager’s email, and send. It's that easy!

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with the download link and who it was shared with to your email. Feel confident knowing your files made it to the correct destination.

• Secure and Time-Limited: Files shared via WeTransfer are encrypted and automatically expire after a set period, ensuring secure transmission and reducing clutter in our inbox.

2. Google Drive -

Google Drive is another good option for sharing large files. Here are some tips for using Google Drive effectively:

• Adjust Sharing Settings: Ensure that the sharing settings for your files allow anyone with the link to access them. This eliminates the need for recipients to log in with a Google account.

• Alternative Email Addresses: If you prefer not to adjust sharing settings, you can share files with our sales reps' personal Gmail addresses, which can be provided upon request.

3. Dropbox -

Dropbox is a safe and effective option for file sharing and storage similarly to Google Drive. One of the biggest benefits is it's cross-platform capability and file synchronization. Ensuring that the most recent version of a file is available whenever you need it on any device.

At VEDDA Printing, we prioritize convenience and efficiency in every aspect of our services. We believe that by utilizing tools like WeTransfer.com, Google Drive, and Dropbox, we can streamline the file-sharing process and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Give WeTransfer.com a try for your next file transfer and experience the difference firsthand. We're confident that once you try it, you'll see why it's our preferred choice for sharing large files. Happy file sharing!
